The service
Known Quantity turns your own professional network into a private research tool: you upload your own connections export and optionally connect your own Google account, and your AI assistant can then research your network on your behalf.
Your data, your responsibility
You may only upload data you have the right to use. The service is for researching your own professional network — not for bulk data extraction, resale, or building datasets about people. We do not provide bulk export or records APIs, by design.
Shared research access (upcoming features)
Where available, you may grant other individuals ("guests"), or participate in an organization's shared pool, so that others can ask research questions of your network. All such access is limited to derived research output — summaries built from public professional information and coarse relationship-strength labels. It never includes raw uploads, contact information, calendar or email data, or bulk access, and the substantial majority of information held about a network is never shared. Guests and organization designees must not attempt to extract, reconstruct, or bulk-collect records through research queries. Organizations are responsible for the individuals they designate. Any participant can revoke their grant or withdraw their network from a pool at any time.
Acceptable use
No attempting to access other users' data, no scraping the service, no reselling access, no using outputs to harass or spam people. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bill monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Canceling stops future charges; your data remains until you delete it or your account.
Disclaimers
The service produces research assistance, not verified facts; outputs can contain errors and are labeled with caveats where we cannot confirm something. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
